Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) is pleased to announce that it was awarded with a decision of Accredited with Exemplary Standing, the highest level of Accreditation rank. The decision came following a thorough assessment of BCHS’s services by surveyors from Accreditation Canada, which took place from November 14-17, 2023.

Dr. Somaiah Ahmed, Chief & Medical Director of the Emergency Department at the Brant Community Healthcare System (Brantford General Hospital and Willett Hospital, Paris) has an important message for everyone this holiday season.

To date, the Foundation has raised three-quarters of the $8 million needed for the Emergency Department Renovation Improvement Project. The final stretch – ‘2023 Hope for Healthcare Campaign’ is underway for the remaining $2 million.

Dianna Cowie decided in 2019 to become a volunteer at the Brant Community Healthcare System and she has not looked back.
