Kim Ann is currently the Associate Dean, Community Services at Niagara College. Her academic credentials include a three-year advanced diploma in Child and Youth Work; a BA in Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo; a BEd from York University; a Master of Education from Nipissing University; and a Doctorate of Leadership in Higher Education from Western University.
Before entering higher education, Kim Ann worked extensively in the community and social services sector, including roles in children’s mental health, youth detention/custody, and elementary teaching positions with both the Grand Erie District School Board and Waterloo Region District School Board. Kim Ann continues to remain active in teaching across both college and university programs.
