Let’s Envision 2030 at BCHS!
The Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) has launched a Strategic Planning Process to develop a new five-year plan that will serve as our roadmap to the future. This plan will outline our vision, mission, values, strategic goals, and outcomes for the period from 2025 to 2030.
Incorporating the voices of our community members—patients, families, employees, professional staff, learners, volunteers, and partners—is a crucial part of this process. By doing so, we aim to ensure that the plan meets the needs of our patients and the community effectively.
We want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who participated in the Vision 2030 Validation Survey. Thanks to your invaluable input, we have gathered and analyzed over 500 responses from both BCHS staff and community members. Your feedback has played a critical role in refining our Strategic Plan and ensuring that it truly reflects the shared goals and aspirations for the future of BCHS.
We are now moving forward with the finalization of our 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, incorporating the insights and suggestions you’ve provided. Please stay tuned for further updates as we work toward the next phase of the planning process. Thank you once again for your dedication! Together, we are shaping the path forward for BCHS.
