Local Health Navigator App Launched

Navigating the complexities of the healthcare system can be difficult for patients and their families. To make it easier, nineteen organizations throughout Brantford, Brant, and Norfolk have worked together to develop an app designed to make the journey easier.

“The Brantford Brant Norfolk Ontario Health Team (BBNOHT) is a collaboration to provide information, support, and access to health services throughout our area which will improve the experience for patients between healthcare providers,” says Ben Deignan, Director, Integration & Partnerships at the BCHS.
