Local dementia program attracts provincewide attention

This week's Hospital Insider spotlights how BCHS is advancing the care given to dementia patients through coping strategies and community resources. Since the launch of the BGH Integrated Dementia Resource Team, more than 150 dementia patients were safely discharged from the ED with enhanced assistance in the calmer environment of their homes.
