Doctors seek to enhance services for geriatric patients
The Brant Community Healthcare System, the Grand River Community Health Centre and the Alzheimer Society of Brant Haldimand Norfolk Hamilton Halton have joined forces to expand local memory clinic services.
The integration of the memory clinic and the geriatric clinic at the health centre will help reduce wait times and enhance follow-up care.
“Patients feel a sense of relief when they better understand their personal health concerns and their options going forward" says Dr. Alexandra George.
