To improve the care experience for those whose primary language is not English. Our 24/7 live translation service, Voyce, enables staff to connect with interpreters in over 240 languages and dialects in approximately 30 seconds.
In its first six months, Voyce facilitated over 800 interactions at BCHS, primarily in the Emergency Department and Pediatrics.
