BGH nurse ‘changing lives, shaping tomorrow’
May 6-12 is National Nursing Week in Canada. This year’s theme, ‘Changing Lives. Shaping Tomorrow.’ recognizes the contributions of nurses.
Courtney de Graaf, an RPN at the Brantford General Hospital, is one of the hundreds of nurses at the Brant Community Healthcare System who embodies the impact she has for her patients and their family.
“I became a nurse because I wanted to make a difference and be able to help people,” de Graaf said.
