Record total volume on requisition and transfer 5mL of measured 24 hr urine into a labeled 6 mL vacutainer aliquot tube and cap tightly. Transfer an additional 5 mL of measured 24 HR urine into a separately labeled 6 mL vacutainer aliquot tube and cap tightly. Store and Ship refrigerated at 2 - 8 degree C. |
