COVID-19
COVID, Cold and Flu Care Clinic (CCFCC) is now closed | Alternate pathways for COVID-19 Testing
Effective Friday, March 31, the Brantford, Brant, and Norfolk COVID, Cold and Flu Care Clinics (CCFCCs) were permanently closed.
CCFCCs, formerly known as Clinical Assessment Centres, were introduced early in the COVID-19 pandemic to provide testing swabs and primary care assessment for symptomatic patients.
If patients need a COVID-19 test, assessment, or treatment, they can:
- contact their pharmacy or locate the nearest pharmacy that provides COVID-19 testing
- contact their primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner)
- call 811 or visit ontario.ca/health811 for more information about testing, assessment and treatment
- consult https://www.ontario.ca/assessment-centre-locations for an open assessment centre
How do I access my COVID-19 test results?
There is a user-friendly online portal where you can easily access your COVID-19 lab test results.
