In partnership with the Brantford Brant Norfolk Ontario Health Team (BBNOHT), we offer five modules in our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI-B) training series, in alignment with our Equity Strategic Goals and Ontario Health’s mandates.

- Unconscious Bias (launched February 2025)
- Microaggressions (launched February 2025)
- Inclusive Language in the Workplace (launched February 2025)
- Allyship (launched February 2025)
Modules are mandated and available for all staff with Halogen access. They are designed to encourage reflection and engagement with key DEI-B concepts and average 15-25 minutes each to complete. The modules were developed by BCHS staff and subject matter experts, and are tailored based on employee feedback and insights from our current state report.
