Brantford General Volunteer Association The Brantford General Hospital Volunteer Association was established in 1903. The Brantford General Hospital benefits from the efforts of one of the oldest volunteer associations in Canada.  Mission of the BGH Volunteer Association -To actively support the Mission, Philosophy, Values and Vision of the Brantford General Hospital; -To supplement service given to patients by professional staff; -To promote an understanding of the Hospital and its services; -To raise funds in ways consistent with the fundraising initiatives of the Hospital and the Hospital Foundation; -To financially aid the Hospital as funds will permit.
