Scheduling and Pre-Registration
Your surgeon will contact you to advise you of your surgery date and if required, to book an appointment at the Pre-op Clinic. If you think that you will require additional help from a nurse when you get home, please talk to your surgeon or the pre-op clinic nurse in advance.
You must report to the Hospital on the assigned date and time, unless you have a valid reason for canceling your appointment such as: a cold, recent illness, or exposure to any contagious diseases (chicken pox, etc.). If any of these situations arise, please call your surgeon as soon as possible so that we can re-schedule your surgery. Call your surgeon or physician if you have any questions about your health.
