This is an outpatient clinic. The offices of the surgeon are located elsewhere.

Please Note: Any question or concerns regarding your appointment, care, or surgery should be directed to the surgeon's office. The Staff in the clinic will have to refer you to the surgeon's office to answer these questions.

All referrals are done through your family doctor. It is not possible to be directly referred through the clinic.

Each of the following doctors are in two days a week and can be reached on the days they are in the clinic.

Please remember to bring your Health Card and Workmen's Compensation forms into the clinic with you.

8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
