Visitor Information

Visiting hours are from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. 12:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

Parking

Family members and/or visitors may wish to obtain a frequent visitor-parking pass from the Business Office located in the Main Lobby or after hours, from Switchboard.

Conferences

Where necessary, your family is asked to attend meetings with the team to discuss your progress. These meetings provide a chance for you and your family to ask questions about your individual program, progress and discharge plans.

Discharges

Our team works with patients and families to coordinate discharge. We ask for patient and family cooperation in arranging transportation as soon as possible on the day of discharge. This helps us to accommodate patients waiting for admission to the program.

To call the unit from home, call the switchboard at 751-5544. Ask for the In-patient Rehabilitation unit. If your family is large, we ask one person to be the spokesperson to relay information to other family members.
