The Financial Services Department of the Brant Community Healthcare System provides a current and credible range of information to our customers. 

The two most common ways that the public would access Financial Services are through:

Financial Services Cashier

For the convenience of the public, the cashier can take payments, provide change for the parking lot and process frequent parking passes.

The Cashier is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cashier is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. After these hours, the switchboard in the main hall is available to provide service. 

At the Brantford General Site, the Cashiers are located in the lobby off the main Terrace Hill entrance and in the lobby of D Wing.

At The Willett, the switchboard/reception will take payments and provide change.

Accounts Receivable

In many cases, a member of the Financial Services staff  will visit patients on the floors to serve them. 

At The Willett, Mike Taylor handles all the co-payment procedures and visits the residents to make all the arrangements.

 The Financial Services Department is open to serve the public from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
