The Brant Community Healthcare System is excited to announce the implementation of our Interprofessional Patient Safety Coaching Team.  This group of individuals was brought together to develop and implement our organizational Patient Safety Program.

Through extensive training, our team has acquired the skills necessary to empower our peers with the tools that they require to problem-solve and resolve identified patient safety concerns. 

We are very excited to be one of the first organizations to undertake this initiative.
