Quality Improvement
Our Quality Management Program involves the establishment of a structured system for creating organizational-wide participation in planning and implementing a continuous improvement process to meet and exceed patient, resident and customer needs.
Our Quality Management Program provides a process, whereby all teams, healthcare professionals and service areas can monitor components of care/service, which are high risk, high volume, and problem-prone components.
Quality improvement initiatives are enacted using Deming’s Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) Cycle (see diagram).
