Confidentiality

All information concerning fellow staff members, patients and their doctors is confidential. It is imperative that employees maintain the confidentiality demanded by good Hospital practice.

Requests for information regarding fellow employees or past employees shall be referred to the Manager, Human Resources. Demographic information, such as home address, telephone numbers, etc., is considered to be confidential.

All employees are required to sign the confidentiality statement, which will be filed in their personnel file.

All volunteers are required to sign the confidentiality statement, which will be filed in their records maintained by the Manager, Volunteers.
