The Quality of Worklife Committee is a cross-sectional group of employees who are committed to using employee input for enhancing wellness in the Brant Community Healthcare System through health practices, attention to physical, social, environmental and personal resources.

The World Record Walk by the BCHS and the Brant County Health Unit (above) was a chance for staff to get outside and stay active.

At a recent quality of worklife event, complimentary massages were offered to the staff in attendance.

Staff enjoy the frequent breakfasts and barbecues sponsored by the Quality of Worklife Team.
