Reporting to the Manager, Reactivation (C2), the successful applicant will be responsible for comprehensive nursing care in the Reactivation program and must meet the following criteria:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of an accredited college/ university nursing program
Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
experience in a complex continuing care/geriatric nursing/ or rehabilitation setting
Able to perform I.V. starts and venipuncture

PREFERRED:
Rehabilitation/ Gerontology/Palliative Care Certificate
Certificate in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
Experience in patient teaching
