Reporting to the Nursing Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for comprehensive nursing care in and must meet the following criteria:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of an accredited college nursing program
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

• Ability to establish positive and proactive work relationships with external partners
• Mature, reliable individual with excellent attendance record
PREFERRED:
• Member of RPNAO
• Current two (2) years experience
• Ability to be a coach, teacher and mentor to colleagues and students
• Demonstrated competence in patient assessment and care planning
