Outpatient Therapy

The Outpatient Therapy Program is an outpatient based rehabilitation program designed to promote early discharge from hospital. It serves those with neurological conditions, amputations, and complex musculoskeletal conditions, who are well enough to go home but who still require further rehabilitation to meet specific goals.

The Outpatient Therapy Program provides the following services:
