Aliquot serum into 2 polypropylene tubes and freeze at -70'C
2 ml plasma sodium citrate (2 x 2.5 ml blue top)
centrifuge and separate sample
Aliquot plasma into 2 polypropylene tubes and freeze at -70'C
Transport on dry ice to LifeLabs
