According to Population Health data, our community has some very serious health issues. The Willett Implementation Team is currently developing new programs to improve these significant health problems in our community.
The new programs are in addition to sixteen current programs and services such as outpatient acute physiotherapy, recreational therapy, sexual health clinic, community well-being teams, and geriatric assessments that will continue at the Willett.
