Willett Urgent Care Centre
The Urgent Care Centre remains the cornerstone of the New Willett. On-site physicians supported by other caregivers will continue to meet the urgent care needs of our community’s residents. The service will be complimented by enhanced diagnostic imaging. With 14,000 visits annually, this department continues to be upgraded with new medical equipment and is ready for the future. Other improvements in the Urgent Care Centre being considered include enlarging the waiting room and improving patient privacy at the triage station.

Diagnostic Services The Willett is one of the few smaller hospitals that will have the digital imaging capabilities of PACS. Being installed now, this system will allow physicians to consult with specialists at the Brantford General Hospital. In addition to supporting patients in the Urgent Care Centre, residents in the community are able to access Diagnostic Services at the Willett (i.e. x-rays, ultrasounds, etc.) by a physician referral.

Turn-key Physician's Offices
Turnkey Physician’s Offices are available which provide office space & support for physicians, specialists and other healthcare providers. “Turnkey” offices allow practitioners to focus on caring for patients rather than setting up an office.
“According to the World Health Organization, much of the world's future health burden will be a result of lifestyle practice.” Roy Romanow, 2002
