"Motivate Workshop Series"
at The Brant County Health Unit
In many cases, diseases such as type 2 diabetes can be delayed or prevented by eating healthy, becoming physically active and having a healthy body weight.
The “Motivate Workshop Series” consists of 2 evening classes from 6:30 to 9:00 pm one week apart held at various locations in Brantford and Brant County . There is a fee of $5.00 per series for educational materials. Instructors are dietitians, fitness leaders, diabetes and public health professionals.
