Lifeline is an easy way to provide you and your family with reassurance and peace of mind. Knowing that help is available at the simple press of a button, you can enjoy living independently in your own home and ease the minds of your loved ones.
The caring staff at our Lifeline office are available to address any questions or concerns you may have. Our Emergency Response Centre is staffed by friendly, trained individuals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Within seconds of pressing your personal help button, your situation will be assessed and help will be summoned. When you sign up with Lifeline, you tell us who you want us to call if you need help, allowing those who care about you the most to be involved.
Your personal help button is waterproof and should be worn at all times. You choose whether to wear it as a wristband or as a pendant.

Ordering Lifeline is very simple. Just call our office at 519-751-5820 . We can complete an application easily over the phone, and in most cases have your Lifeline unit installed within 48 hours.
